AMAZING BBQ 🍖! My husband, our family, and I were in Ocala for the weekend and decided to check them out. Even though they were out of all their BBQ except for pulled pork, it was the best I've ever had. They did have smash burgers and tacos, which they still had. All were super tasty 😋 too. The employees were quick to tell us they were out of items before we ordered. They were also very polite and friendly. The restaurant was beautifully designed and clean with plenty of seating inside and out. Definitely check them out, whether it's their brick-and-mortar business or one of their food trucks.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and told about the specials and what was on the menu. I came for the blueberry chicken wings but was talked into the triple b burger with brisket a burger and I think burnt ends or bacon idk but it was so gas 🔥 I was given some blueberry sauce as a side to try it and it was so good, I wish they had a bottle for sale but at the time said they were waiting for more bottles. I was in town to get a boat motor installed and I’m originally from Volusia county but if I’m ever back in town I will definitely return.

This is likely the best BBQ ribs I've ever had. The staff are always very efficient but I feel like they could use another set of hands. Busy place!

First time at this establishment. Opened the door and was blasted by music so loud we could not hear people speaking. Asked to have it turned down which they did so we stayed.
There is limited indoor seating, very spartan and only two normal height tables with chairs by the restroom.
Ordering was a challenge as items available were hit and miss. No sliced brisket and no “Kathy” mac n cheese.
We made our substitutions and since it was not busy at 4:30p on Friday, we did not wait long for our supper.
The food: The taste was good for all our selections however everything but the corn nuggets was barely warm.
The restaurant appeared clean with self serve drinks, plastic utensils and brown paper napkins.
The staff was friendly and responsive.
Obviously not our kind of place but like to try new local businesses.

This was my first experience here at this dining establishment and I was knocked out of my socks. The Burnt Ends (brisket) were perfectly prepared and did NOT need the Sweet Barbecue sauce I selected. When I need to use barbecue sauce on anything, it means that the meat is subpar. This brisket was awesome: most, tender with just a little fat! I also selected the baked beans which had a flavor that popped, zesty with just the ring balance of "zing". I also selected the fried okra which was very good, not oily at all. The sweet roll that came with the meal was good too. Yes, the sweet sauce was delicious and also had that special "zing" to it. I loved, loved , loved how ALL customers were greeted by the owner Rashad, a very handsome and personal man. Leyla took my order at the counter and she was also amazing, very knowledgeable and she told me that the Burn Ends were one of the favorites. Of course, I tipped (because people: the counter people ARE serving you) and Leyla was very grateful for it. The food was plated in a timely manner (to go). I was so grateful that the sushi place next door was closed on the day I went (yesterday/Wednesday) or I would have NOT noticed this place next door. It's tucked away in the corner of the strip center. Ocala denizens: DO give it a try! I will definitely be back and send as many customers there was as I can. I'll definitely be back as it's a perfect treat before any movie I watch (as they are also located 1 minutes away from Regal Ocala). It'll save me from getting popcorn and a soda. WHY waste my money on that junk when I can get absolutely delicious barbecue! DO try BIG LEE'S - SERIOUS ABOUT BARBECUE (the actual name). I love the backstory of Uncle "Big Lee" which is on the wall of this establishment, as well. A+ and keep up the great food and service, Rashad and company! PS: My only critique is that I need to bring my own water bottle in as they don't have cups for water. Or pay $2 for bottled water, but that's a minor thing.
